The tour and scenery were awesome. I would love to be a part of Meridian at Redwine. The staff has a pleasant attitude that invite a person to feel welcome to a good commuity. Thanks for a great tour.
Don't be fooled by the beauty of this property! The craftsmanship is cheap, and things inside the units break very easily. But good luck trying to get maintenance to come and fix things in a timely manner. They have this apathetic attitude, and it takes DAYS to fix problems that are simple and easy. But if your rent is a day late, they all-of-a-sudden know how to contact you to harass you. Also, they are very, very reluctant to return your security deposit.
