RecommendedI have been living at the Reserve at Lenox Park for almost one year. My living experience here has been one of the best thus far. I really enjoy the location (quiet, quaint, you can hear birds chirping from your windows) which is located in an extremely prominent and innovative area of Greater Atlanta. I LOVE living at the Reserve at Lenox Park! The location is perfect! The Reserve at Lenox Park is located at the cusp of where Brookhaven and Buckhead meet so the area is very safe. I can basically walk across the street to get to Lenox Park. I'm 2 miles from Lenox Mall and Phipps Plaza. The amenities are great! The maintenance personnel are always kind and my maintenance requests are always completed no later than the following day after being submitted (sometimes completed in the same day). Awesome place to call home. Safe, welcoming, and great communication from staff to residents. Maintenance deserves a big praise, the are quick, kind, efficient, and caring. I like calling The Reserve my home.
The staff is excellent. It`s our second year here and we`re planning to renew our lease.

Great place to live! Loved my time there when I lived in Atlanta
The gate always works. Dog poop is rare to see. The leasing office has a great attitude and are most helpful. The pool is beautiful and stays open year round. The gym has super nice equipment and workouts on demand. There is valet trash so one less thing to worry about it. We have a view of sunset and the treetops of Lenox Park. If we need something fixed, maintenance arrives same day to take care of the issue. We plan to renew our lease.
