Terrible office staff, unreliable and tell you five versions of the policies. Rented an upgraded furnished apartment. Had a cracked bed, peeling leather couch, light bulbs out, AC not working. It took them 1.5 months of my 3 month lease to get a new couch. They make you take a renters policy out, so they can submit false claims and get extra money. Find a different place to rent.
