DO NOT MOVE HERE. This place is a complete disaster. I lived in a townhome with a garage and it was one issue after another from the start. Every single time it rained, there was water intrusion. Not occasionally. Every time. Mold concerns in the garage and ceilings became a real problem because nothing was ever properly fixed. Management does not care. At all.
