My experience during my 15-month lease here was an absolute nightmare from beginning to end. I genuinely do not even know where to start because every time I thought things couldn’t get worse, they somehow did. The first unit we rented from them had flooding issues (which were allegedly known to management). The unit they moved us into after the flooding problem made itself known had fleas from the prior tennant (I guess this pet-friendly complex doesn't check or treat units for pests between tenants). One of the units we were shown had large patches of mold growing on the ceiling.
