I had to replace two bikes that were lifted from my garage recently. Jason went out of his way to help me find suitable replacements that were within my budget. He stayed after store hours to continue working with me to find the best options. Both bikes wound up being significant upgrades and stayed within budget. I have to say that the personal service and attention make Reser stand far above other bike shops in the city.
Reser Bicycle did a killer job cleaning and tuning my drive train. Made a HUGE difference - rode better than when it was new!
