Jason is a wealth of knowledge and willing to spend the extra time talking about your individual needs to make sure that you get the bike that is the right fit for what you want to do. They were able to get the XL framesize I needed in very quickly and Sebastian went into great detail to make sure I understood the features and new technology in my new bike (Salsa Timberjack NX1 27.5+).

Very impressed with this LBS. Originally went to Salsa Bicycles demo day at a local trail and they were extremely helpful to everyone participating. Taking the time to set up the bikes for each rider even changing wheels and pedals then sag adjustment. Very professional and courteous. So impressed we went to the shop to purchase a seat dropper post for my wife. Again the service and attention was friendly and thorough. The part had to be ordered and they emailed when it arrived.
