Have to give Reser Cycling a shout out! The lever for my front wheel broke off just as I was putting my front tire back on to bike ride. Even during this pandemic they were open and serving people outside the shop to social distance. They had my bike fixed in 20 minutes for less than $20.00! Thank you!
We just purchased my sons first full suspension mtb here. This shop has the coolest vibe of any shop in the area. Staff is very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
I can always count on Reser Bicycle Outfitters for fast, reasonable and friendly service. Brought my bike in for new tire tube. The technician investigated any particular issue that might have caused the tube to fail, replaced the tube/tire, lubed the chain ... my bike was ready to go in 20 minutes!! No problem with the wait. Their location is right in the heart of Newport. Was able to grab quick lunch at Dixie Chili - came back and my bike was ready.
Great place to buy a bike. So good I bought 2. They helped my wife and I find bikes that fit us. They helped us try out several bikes to make sure we were satisfied with our choices. The employees were all enjoyable to work with. The prices were good too!

RBO excels in every way. Their staff is whip-smart, service needs are checked out as soon as you bring in your bike, and if they can't fix it...well, it's time to shop for one of the premier brands they carry. Jason rides an aggressive line on the trail, but in the shop, he's easygoing and accommodating to all.
Good people very helpful in making decisions on a new bike. Gabe is top notch. Enjoying my new bike.
