Great bike shop! Awesome owner, friendly/knowledgable staff, and the best coffee in the area!
From Jason and his local knowledge, Marty's mechanical and off road expertise, Zach's joy for everything BMX, and a staff full of experienced cyclists, this place is the hub for cycling in Northern Kentucky. I have watched the shop grow and evolve, offering some great bikes and great people. It doesn't matter if you are wanting a team issue bike or an inner tube for a child's bike, they will be able to help and give top notch advice along the way.
I've been going to Reser for the past year or so and have had great experience with them and wouldn't go anywhere else. I just bought a brand new bike, an Obrea Loki that rides amazingly. I look forward to further my bus8ness with the Reser family.
Excellent service! Staff (especially Jason and Zach) are very helpful! Prices are remarkably good, especially considering the level of support they give you. Still waiting for them to stock US15/EU50 shoes though. :) Update: they now do stock US15/EU50!
This bike store is quite possibly one of the most understanding placed I've dealt with and I've been biking for close to 10 years. Had some issues sporadically come up and without hesitation, had a refund for my bike that was already 6 days ordered. The atmosphere in the store is quality and accepting. If you have to or choose to call or email them it's no different, If you have to choose a bike shop choose Reser. Will be back soon!
I no longer live the area. It remains one of the best shops that I have frequented.
I'm greeted with a smile and the role of the coffee that they have inside the building it's like the coffee shop is awesome and anything I need the people that work there we'll go and get it and they just enjoy their job and it makes you feel like this is a place that I want to come sit down have a cup of coffee maybe a scone and buy me some biking equipment so yes I love Reser's bicycle shop
