I really appreciate the new management company. In the past few months, we have had a lot of improvements. The crew handles their responsibilities, polite and nice to talk to. I had an issue with my monthly statement an need it a copy. I called the office and talked to a gentleman named Brandon. He told me he was going to take care of that, and he did. The next day he personally delivered it. "Thank you Michelle and Brandon."
I’d like to share my experience, I’ve been in these apartments now a lil over 3 years. Management has changed and I must say the new staff is ok, but one particular person is Brandon, He hasn’t been there too long on the leasing office but has been attentive to any concerns or issues that arise when I’m reaching out. He follows up and makes sure it gets done. The building is slowly but surely progressing and I believe it will get better with the new staff who is taking over. 10/10 happy so far.
I am a current resident here, and it has so far been a great experience. I was hesitant due to the previous reviews however they are under new management and it’s been positive. my unit on move in was clean, and the staff made the process very simple. The amenities are great, and knowing that there’s an on site maintenance tech helps ease my mind. I had one request and it was addressed same day. Talking with current residents in passing i’ve heard that since new management has came the building has improved.

We had a negative experience with the building manager, Linda. After we moved out, she only returned half of our deposit, falsely claiming we hadn’t paid for the first three months. We have all the receipts to prove we made those payments. Despite our attempts to contact her, she has been ignoring our calls. I advise others to be cautious, as you might lose part of your deposit as well. We are reporting this issue to the police and hope they will investigate her actions.
