Amazing.... everything was handled so professional.
My wife has the current Durable Power of Attorney and Medical Power of Attorney for her father who passed on 11/08/22. She was in charge taking care of him for the last 6 months of his deterioration and taking care of the dispersal of his estate since his death. Despite being the person legally in charge of her father, Research For Life ignored the current legal DPOA and decided to contact someone whose DPOA had been superseded.
