I'm am thoroughly impressed with Rescom. I've had an opener acting up for a quite a while and finally decided it was time to replace it. I first contacted the company that installed the door and was told he couldn't come out the same week that I called (no problem, totally understandable) but did say he could come out early the following week and would be in touch.
