I cannot say enough positive things about Tim and his team at The Residential Collaborative. From the moment my fiancé and I stepped foot in their offices we knew we were in the best of hands. I have worked with Amy & Tim three times and each time they have been wonderful. They have good judgment and their advice always seems to work out. They helped through the entire process, from setting up viewings to even recommending helpful inspectors or lawyers. They are comfortable in just about any market (geographically, price-wise, etc.). I recommend them to anyone I know who is looking for a broker.
