Please don't hire this company if you are looking for honest reliable care for your elderly or disabled family member. They violate HIPAA and their caregivers are unprofessional. Flip-flops, shorts and tank tops are not acceptable work attire. Watching TV and falling asleep because she had a hang over. Incredibly disappointed with this company. They get a one star, because I liked the caregiver that we had at the end. Had it not been for her...I probably would not even rate it. The communication from All Ways caring is some of the poorest I have encountered from a business. We were promised plenty, but follow thru was poor. In the 5 month we were with them, my wife was late for work a half a dozen times (1 hour to 1-1/2 hours) because they would forget to schedule a caregiver for that day. The only reason I am still with this company as a client is because I like my caregiver. As far as the company itself, they are cheap. I am allotted so many hours by the state but on holidays where my daily care doesn’t change I still need the same care everyday, Always Caring only will give me an hour of care allowed for that day when I normally would have 5 hours. It’s ridiculous. Caregivers know they need to take care of clients that can not care for themselves, they actually CARE. Always Caring the company does not.
