I’m so disappointed that a home care agency has a lack of understanding on what the clients really need. I am POA for my sister who has dementia. It is important to have consistency in care. The employees she has had miss work at least once to twice a week leaving her without care. I have voiced my concern yet am face with condescending attitude. It seems like the turnover rate is much higher than they would like you to believe.
Employee’s are lovely. Accommodating and well established in their quality of care and service💙
One of the best home care agencies I have worked for, All Ways Caring HomeCare has Flexible hours, great staff, good pay, they will work with you as long as you work with them, my experience for the year + 8 months with the company was amazing. I would give 10 stars if I could.
