Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had dealing with any service industry. I’m such as this. Head secured everything through the Guide program to go out of town to a wedding. I didn’t hear anything. I then called to confirm and they informed me that because I didn’t have an emergency contact person in town then they couldn’t really guarantee that people were gonna show up so therefore I had to cancel my plans.
