I do not suggest this company at all. I have had a number of bad staff from this company. Last two the one one that took me out in the community I ended up firing her because she thought it was appropriate to cuss me out. After I gave her another chance after breaking my confidentiality. A number of staff I had before were not even told what there job was, so they would fight me on doing the job because they didn’t know the exact details of their job. We are very happy with the way All Ways Caring has handled our case management by responding quickly, being available to answer questions, connecting us with the right provider and taking action to help whenever we ask. This is a huge improvement over the agency we worked with previously.
I’ve utilized the caregiving services of All Ways Caring for the last 7+ years. The caregivers they have sent to my home have worked out well. It always takes a little bit to find the right caregivers and personalities to work out. All Ways Caring makes sure that the caregivers that work for me are paid correctly & on time.
