I had an amazing experience touring the Resa. Jordan was great in showing me around and answering all the questions I had. I was impressed by how knowledgeable she was about RESA and surrounding apartment buildings. She took her time on the tour, always addressed me by my name which made it very personable. It seemed like she genuinely cared about finding the right fit for me.
I’ve lived at RESA for 2 years!! I’ve enjoyed living here and want to shoutout Omar, our wonderful receptionist. He’s always super helpful, professional, friendly, and answers questions right away. He’s made my experience living at RESA so enjoyable.
Amazing community feeling when living here. Omar at the front desk brings such a warm and lively energy to the building, you can tell he really takes his job serious! Ty is also amazing at maintenance work.

The whole process was made while I was in Miami, and Jordan helped me a lot, she was very patient and helpful. - My move was smooth. The building is amazing! The amenities are new and clean.
