An update on my original review. Despite my displeasure in my initial experiences with virtual tour and lack of follow up....I am happy to say leasing Agent Wade remained professional, kind and courteous while providing me assistance and support with another apartment of interest. Had a virtual tour with leasing agent Wade. Wade failed to followup with me to confirm the details of an available unit of interest. Following my tour, I emailed Wade and contacted leasing office several times times but receive no repsonse. I had to visit inperson later that day to get my answer on the unit location from concierge. The failed followup caused delay in unit selection and a missed opportunity to submit an application for preferred floorplan. Moved in a couple days ago and initially experienced what felt like endless plumbing issues, but the staff here has been wonderful. So thankful for Tyrell and Ali for being so responsive with maintenance emergencies, and I appreciate April taking the time to give me a call to check in. Huge shout out to the concierge staff for all their help during this, and for Wade's assistance throughout the entire leasing/ moving process!!
My husband and I moved from across the country, driving almost 24 hours straight and arrived to RESA completely exhausted but so excited for this new adventure. Jordan and Deon kindly directed us to the loading zone, got us all setup with our keys, answered all of our silly questions and secured the freight elevator for a smooth move-in process.
