I’ve been a resident at RESA since 2024, and I’m honestly so sad to be leaving. I’ve really loved living here and have had such a great experience these past two years. I’ve always felt safe and comfortable here, and I’ve never had any issues with pests, security, or lost packages. My unit is also SO quiet. I genuinely never hear my neighbors. I have been living at RESA for more than 2 years now and I have had an overall good experience here. I want to especially mention and highlight Ms. Cheryl Wise!! She has always been attentive, assertive, diligent and has provided excellent guidance. I have consulted with her multiple times and she has always supported and solved my inquiries right away, even at late hours. The best thing is she makes one feel calm, secure and truly at home and handles everything with care and attention.

Great customer service both at the front desk and in the leasing office! Great building to live in as well
The front desk staff makes everything about Resa amazing but my absolute favorite is Omar. He’s so amazing and friendly and makes everyone feel just at home. I look forward to hearing him welcome me back to the apartment.
