Dan Long and the entire staff at Republic State are such a pleasure to work with. As a first-time homebuyer, I had a LOT of questions throughout the process. Dan and Tonya and Ruth were all very accessible (phone, email, and text) and helped me understand and feel confident in every step. My loan was a little more complicated than the norm (purchased a foreclosed home with an FHA 203k loan), so I am thankful to have professionals help me navigate all that red tape. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough positive things about Republic State Mortgage...from beginning to end they were the most honest, friendly and hardest working staff I've ever dealt with! I highly recommend them to anyone looking to finance...they made sure our loan was everything we were looking for and in a very timely manner...Their communication with the client is superb!
