So I visit here about every week. After seeing all the reviews, and being told by other coworkers, I'll admit I was nervous to deal with Pam when I came here at first. Honestly Pam has been nothing but extremely nice and kind. I think the primary issue here is the people visiting. If you just do what you're told, follow the rules and have your paperwork all in order Pam won't give you any issues and you'll be in and out in no time.

The new girl Stephanie at the scale is a sigh of relief when she’s working.. always smiling and making the customers feel welcomed, she represents your company very well.. Pam on the other hand is a slow moving train wreck

First off I am going to call out an employee named Pam, never have I ever seen someone so ignorant and unprofessional in my 35 years of working in customer service as she was. You do NOT talk down or degrade someone who is coming to your service like you did my father and husband. It was totally inappropriate and doing it with a smile on your face. If you want to ruin your day, talk to Pam in the scale house. She is by far the most misrable person I have ever came in contact with in my life. No matter what you do right she will find a way to make sure she belittles you into thinking your'e doing something wrong.
