This is now the 3rd week in a row that they have not picked up my garbage. I call multiple times a day to request they come get the garbage. Cans out the night before. I'm lodging a complaint with the city and BBB.

They seem to miss my house on a regular basis. This last week it was my neighbor and I. Cans out night before. I called for a pickup for my neighbor and I. They scheduled myself for a 24 hour pickup and my neighbor had to call separately. We'll they never showed up for that pickup for either of us. I called them again today and we are atl east another 24 hours before pickup and their exact answer was "I couldn't tell you why." IF they show up it will be 5 days after original pickup What a joke.

I have to tell you this is the worst service I have ever had in my life. And the customer service is just as bad. Note I pay for this service .This has been going on a month where my Garbage has not been picked up by Republic services. 3 to 4 calls to Republic Service, two escalation transfers and two callbacks from dispatch and a call back from a manager. Still they have not fixed this problem. They say it's a problem with the route. It takes over a month to fix a route. I'm confused?
