Absolute Joke whoever is driving my route now is the laziest trash man I’ve ever had! Now listed I put my trash in the can yes today and in the pst weeks I couldn’t close the lid but this coming home to a trash bag on the ground next to empty can is ridiculous !!!! Have always loved allied and if I could have Dan McCulloch be my trash guy I promise you wouldn’t hear a single complaint that guy is dedicated and should be an example for other drives to strive to be! Cowards are picking up brush and green waste items in Rancho but refuse to pick up brush and green waste in my neighborhood in Rancho. then they're telling me they're going to try and fine me in the midst of all this coronavirus lockdown. They're too scared to pick up the trash but not too scared to come over and write me some kind of ticket.
My husband paid a $50 deposit over a month ago for garbage pickup. was told our can would be dropped off and we still do not have a garbage can and out $50. How can you take money and not give person what they paid for. Have called several times. still nothing has been done!
Since Friday, March 20, 2020 I have been having problems with my trash being picked up. I have called and reported the current driver who has attitude issues and just down right lazy since we can’t get him to adequately perform his job. RecommendedI’ve never had a bad experience with this company, they’ve handled everything fine. Today though, my son was waving at a man in the garbage truck and he honked his horn for him. It made that little 4 year olds day. So, thanks for being great to my little guy, means more than you know.
