Have a service and not just collect money and be rude for their customers and simply don't care
Please, save yourself time & aggravation and if at all possible go with a different garbage removal company. Republic is extremely overpriced & will screw you with hidden charges in the end. All this company cares about is ripping people off while neglecting customer service!
I would give zero stars if that was an option. Their customer service is HORRIBLE! Called about an item left behind and was told that if it is outside the container they do not have to get it. More like they were just too lazy to pick up a lightweight box on that day . They have picked up heavier items in the past outside of the container. I guess they pick and choose randomly how much effort they put into pick up. Bigger problem is the nasty woman answering the phone for "customer service". How about picking up the scheduled rubbish - the idiot picks up our neighbors' rubbish but this is the 2nd time in a month that he drives off into the sunset without picking up our rubbish. IF MY RUBBISH IS NOT PICKED UP TODAY THEN I AM CANCELLING MY SERVICE. THIS IS BEING IRRESPONSIBLE - IS THIS THE KIND OF EMPLOYEES THEY HIRE. I MEAN - THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE TO GET OUT OF THEIR TRUCKS!!! LAST CHANCE REPUBLIC - TODAY OR I CANCEL!!
Way overpriced and bad customer service!! Our last bill was $124 for 3 months!! When I cancelled they said it's a 30 day out, ok but $30 restocking fee on the trash container. What a joke!! I will pay it just to be done with them!! Going to Cylcone!
I have been on hold with customer service for 20 plus minutes. Republic has yet to pick-up the trash that was to be picked up on Monday. Today is Friday-I have called everyday. Really-
The outrageous price of their service and the fact that cause of weather service will be suspended but our bill will not be adjusted.
Quoted the entire town of Fremont one price then raised the price sky high once they got the contract. Not to mention their accounting people are idiots.
