Truck operator overfilled his front tilt hopper then dumped the hopper putting recycles all over the street! The operator just drove away after looking out the truck at his mess!
Nothing but disappointment from Republic Services. From missed pick ups, customer service lying, being billed for too much trash when the driver missed a pick up day. Half the time the driver don’t even get the dumpster completely empty before he just sits and down and drives off. We have 3 pick ups a week and I only had 1 this week. Trash everywhere! Republic services you need to get back to basics and teach your employees to do their job or you guys need to shut down completely
This is the third time my trash has been sitting by the road for over two days. They missed a pickup and now just keep promising they’ll be here but it’s nothing but lies. They promise to call back. More lies. The absolute worse company I’ve ever dealt with. Their customer service is clueless...they have no business dealing with public. They sure don’t have a problem taking your money though. Stay far away from this company.
when you have to call them at least once a month to tell them to pick up your green can that we have paid to be picked up I can not recommend them
Dont recommend them at all, it's a hassle when things don't get done or if things are done incorrectly, the worst!
always changing their policies. Neighbors never put their bags in cans and it always gets picked up. Also other neighbor just moved in and had a big pile of cardboard boxes and regular trash bags just on the curb, no cans, they took all of both of the neighbors trash but left all mine. I had 1 extra bag and 3 medium sized boxes that wouldn't fit in the cans and I noticed all the stuff both neighbors had just sitting on the ground so I put my stuff out as well. I don't understand why they took all their stuff but left mine.
They could improve by actually doing what they are paid to do!!!
Thursday is our usual day. Recycle did not pick up. So it was suppose to be Monday. Nope And we have no more room our bin is full. Thanks for lying to us
we have had a mattress out for pickup for 3 weeks. we've been in contact with (clearly useless) employees that have promised pickup....for 3 weeks. I've moved a wet mattress in and out of my garage for 3 weeks. my neighbors and I have looked at it for 3 weeks. I called 3 times yesterday and they promised pickup and it's still laying here. what did I expect... you're literally a garbage company.
