This company is not customer oriented and they're not thinking at all about their customers. After being forced into using their huge blue bin I am forced into leaving this unsightly thing at the front of my house on the street. Way to beautify Missoula! My house, like so may here in town, does not have a garage or driveway in the front. It's all on the alleyway where it should be. Picking up regularly. This is the fourth week of this service period with no pick up in spite of many calls and promises to pick up.

Improve your huge wait times for customer service! It is ridiculous. I waited an hour and could not get a hold of anyone. That is ridiculous. Why not make the scheduling of most services online? Your app is useless also.

Guys, Your customer service is pathetic. I sent an EM to you almost a week ago. You said that at the end of the 'next' business day you would contact me. Nada. Horrible. And calling the help line is useless. Why??

Do you have reps who answer your phones? Have tried calling three times in the past two weeks and have been on hold 45 minutes + each time before giving up. I have used the online tool to request a call back and was told I would receive a call back within one business day. Guess what? Nobody called me! Today, I am not giving up, so far, I have been on hold for 29 minutes and am determined to get through. All I want to do is to order a larger garbage can for my weekly pickup and to verify what day/time I am scheduled to drop ... read more

Stop the blatant rip off on fuel recovery costs. Fuel has been at the lowest price in years, yet my latest bill charges 4.42 for fuel recovery. First you limit us to one blue barrel and then you raise the rates. If you have 20,000 customers in Missoula alll paying a fuel recovery rate of 4.42 that's 90,000 bucks for people who can't afford it. Blatant rip off.

Here's the scoop: Republic Services dropped off two large garbage bins almost two months ago at a house in our neighborhood. The problem is no one ordered them. The neighbors called the company and they promised to pick them up. They are still here. It seems that phone calls do not go to the local office but rather a national switchboard in another state. Several times we had a storm and these bins were blowing around on our street. Thanks Republic Services.

I called twice a week for 4 weeks straight being promised I would receive a yard waste and every week I never did. I called and asked to talk to their manager twice and was told they left a message and will call me by the end of the day and never received a call.
