We started service with them in July when we moved into our new home and we’ve had nothing but issues. I would not recommend this company.

We use their bag/recycle service. This is now the 3rd or 4th time this month they've left our bag. Every time I call, they tell me: 1) call back after 4:30 &/or 2) you must have a new driver. A new driver every week?? Come on - tell me another one!! I call B.S.!

Absolutely the worst company ever . Stopped picking up paid customers trash and skipping weeks at a time not sure how your even in business!!! Wouldn’t recommend you if my life depended on it

I Paid for the first year up front. The next year they send me a bill that was jacked up $60 more for the same service. Another local company offered the same services for the first year price. Do I called republic to see if they would match last years/or other companies price. Only to get the bullshit run around of I’ll send it up the latter and a “try and call back in a week to see if my boss will allow it” so I canceled and went with the other company. Absolutely ridiculous!! You have one job! Pick up peoples trash! Can not get it right. Tried to start new service. Never got a can when I was supposed to and then when I did it was one instead of two. Every time I call someone blames it on someone else. Was told my bags of trash that they missed picking up would be picked up yesterday, still sitting out front! Was promised two phone calls back that I never received! Unfortunately we have no other option for trash service!!

The bill I just got better be a joke since I spoke to no less than 6 people over a 2 week time period. Told me it was resolved. You never delivered the 2 carts I asked for (and I called multiple times for that); said you'd take our move-in trash, the driver told me literally he was too busy to do that; and never got one single call back after 3 calls were supposedly "escalated" to the local office (even the one rep telling me that they see their green IM light on so they know someone was there) Yeah, can't make that up now c... read more

WHAT'S ON MY MIND????? WTF REPUBLIC SERVICES!!! Only second week of yard pick up as and you screwed up already!!!! This is why quit your trash service....TWICE!!! You were to pu LAST FRIDAY! I called and was told by TUESDAY. Still here on wed. Called again and waited 14 min for you to answer freaking phone so I called the city and they sent emails to THREE different ppl! And today theyre trying to get you again!!!! Cos still not picked up!! Doesnt take alot of brains!!!

Worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. Main manager does not have the courtesy to return phone calls in regard to a dead customer's account that is being billed unjustly!

I am really tired of getting my bill and they charge me 16.83 for a total fuel and recovery charge. This started when gas was high and now that gas prices are low it is still on my bill. Wrote them messages and they never answer me. I don't want to be paying for this. Even wonder if it is legal for them to do this.
