One of their employees, Jose Figueroa, is a known racist and I have sent RS the proof, which is public and they have yet to respond. Please listen to the people against racism!
during these trying times that took my containers and when I called, they said that my service had been cancelled. now I had to pay a restart and delivery charge of $80 while I have garbage pilling up. I was transferred many times on the phone and had to explain my situation each time! so frustrating
only been with them for over 30 days missed 3 pickups and havent even got a trash can
My trash has been missed pickup 2 weeks in a row and 8ve called 4 times, spoken to 2 supervisors and No one does anything this is the most expensive useless trash service EVER rude staff and awful bmanagement. Please No one EVER waste money in services that you can't get. My yard looks like a landfill!!!
Everyone needs to check their April 30th Bill. I paused my service while we were closed and instead of getting a lower bill, I was charged $150 for a one time pickup that never actually happened. The customer service rep said it was a system glitch, which makes me believe I was not the only one who got the charge. Not cool, Republic Services, not cool.

Missed our whole street for recycles on Monday. Called and was told they would come yesterday... no pick up yet.
Wanted my trash picked up not deal with trash people. Not going to waste my time posting personal experience with them. long story short. Trash. Would not recommend.
