I live right behind were they restore the dumpster and I have a 4 week old and they are so loud it wakes my son up and me and my wife every night past 1 2 3 in the AM I understand people got to work but there is a noise ordinance past 10 pm but they don't care and the lights shine in my windows it's like they are playing guerrilla warfare tactics so I have asked the to flip 2 of there lights around so they don't shine in my windows and still nothing has happened I live in a trailer and u can hear everything. Their drivers don’t clearly understand the job they signed up for. You pick the trash bin up and dump it. Not just half of it and let the rest fall out for me to pick up. Then the next week you don’t dump it at all. Why are we paying for services when they’re not rendered?
Hello! I just wanted to commend whoever drives truck # 2456 and picks up on my route on Meadowridge Rd. I have several disabled neighbors & he gets out of his truck to push both their cans to the truck then back again. In this day of poor customer service-this is an employee who deserves recognition for going above and beyond
I had a toilet to get rid of in July. It wasn't listed on their website as something they do or don't pick up so I called to ask. The person I spoke to said they should pick it up and scheduled it for me, for the following week. Then the strike happened and there were delays. I get it. I'm not mad about a strike. So I call again and ask if they're expecting it to last much longer or if I should get rid of it myself. I'm told it's rescheduled for a couple more days out. GREAT! I am a property manager in Evansville, IN. We have had a random dumpster get dropped off at one of our locations for no reason. We have contacted Republic 5 times within the last month trying to get this overflown dumpster off our property. After 5 different work orders and "Case Numbers", the dumpster is still on our property. ItItss either they don't care or think our property is their dumping grounds.
