The fees have been rising, but the garbage disposal is always delayed. I wanted to cancel the service and called for 3 days but no one answered., they said they would ask someone to call me, but no one has answered yet. Is there no one working in this company? How can customers use the service?
2 weeks no pickup in a 30 day period. Completely unreliable!
I totally agree with everyone on here about Customer service and company in general. You sign a contract and Republic wants consumer to abide by it but they can negate terms. Contract amount for $117 for weekly pickup, then bill goes to $154 for 2 months and Jan wanting $260 after they skipped two weeks because of dumpster overfilled, No kidding..what do you expect after missing 2 weeks! WORST company ever, been fighting with them past 2 weeks
Got skipped on regular pickup day despite houses around me getting picked up. Got skipped again after saying they’d do a missed pickup.
