My weekly trash pickup crew is the best I have ever experienced. Truly, the best in my lifetime experience. Billy has been picking up my containers for years at a high professional level. There are times over the years I've forgotten to set my containers out. Billy will walk to the end of my drive to bring them out for me when those moments of forgetfulness are upon me. We have cancelled our service months ago multiple times, yet they continue to bill us. Our bill was over $300 a month, but we went with another company which was only $70. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS
Truly the worst. Activity discriminate against the elderly and disabled. Even after submitting paperwork, they continually "miss" pick-up or dump it on the ground.
They are never open when I call. I don't assume that people do things for any particular reason, but where I live, people get up with the sun and they get things done before they go to work. If it's almost 830 in the morning and I can't reach my trash/recycling people, then they have created a failed business model. Perhaps it's time to update your hours of operation and hire another person and create two shifts. Seriously.
