After approximately 15 years as a customer dating back to the Allied Waste days, our experience with Republic Services has been extremely disappointing. If you have a choice - DO NOT CHOOSE THEM. This company is an absolute joke. They frequently skip our street and we have to call to get our trash serviced. Don't even try for the bulk item trash. They'll schedule and then let it sit for DAYS until they come out and actually pick it up - again after multiple calls. The city needs to separate trash service from our sewer and allow this company to fail. My weekly trash pickup crew is the best I have ever experienced. Truly, the best in my lifetime experience. Billy has been picking up my containers for years at a high professional level. There are times over the years I've forgotten to set my containers out. Billy will walk to the end of my drive to bring them out for me when those moments of forgetfulness are upon me. We have cancelled our service months ago multiple times, yet they continue to bill us. Our bill was over $300 a month, but we went with another company which was only $70. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS
