I have lived here 10 years and have witnessed this place have many changes. It used to be a wonderful place to live. Once the current Manager was hired, the grounds and the maintenance requests are not being handled. The disrespect and consideration of it's residents is off the charts. We are dismissed, harassed, spoken down to and not taken seriously. The water problems in this community are not even addressed. Band-Aids are placed on problems and will come back to bite them. No cooperation from Wooten.Â
Nice place and there are changes being made such as new landscaping.Â
Living @ Chesterfield Village has been a wonderful change. Colleen has made the transition easy. She is the best! Chuck (maintenance) has been awesome.Â
The apartments are in a good location to stores and places to eat in the area. Maintenance requests are generally answered in a timely manner even outside of business hours. The property up keep seems to be a lot better now that there is a property manager regularly in the clubhouse.Â
Have lived here going on three years now. It's right of the main drag in Republic and 10-20 minutes into Springfield depending on where you go. Appliances could be updated. Maintenance always goes above and beyond even after hours.Â
One of the Best place to rent. I have rented in this apartment for 6 years now... Close to everything. Food, parks. And near Cox hospital and Mercy Hospital. Where I both do part time. Very accesible to all your need. Rent is very affordableÂ
Carlene and Chuck are helpful. It is quiet and I like that my apartment is in the shade.Â
I've been a resident at The Republic Palms apartments for a year now and I just renewed my lease. Lisette, our property manager, is truly exceptional. She's incredibly responsive to any concerns or maintenance requests, always going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable living environment.Â
It's clean, quiet and affordable. For now 😂Â
