I just renewed my lease for the first time with Delaware on Primrose. Overall, I do like living here and enjoy being able to call this place home. However, there have been some issues with management since I moved in. As other reviews state, the biggest concern is the lack of maintenance. I do not know if this is due to how maintenance employees are treated/payed but I have lived in other properties that have consistent maintenance employees because it is a well payed and desirable job. I have renewed my lease multiple times. They have added a small dog park and you have access to an offsite gym now would still recommend.
I’ve been living at Republic Palms for several years now and have had a really good experience overall. The staff has always been friendly, consistent, and easy to work with, which matters a lot when you’ve been somewhere long term. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and has held up well over time. The community stays quiet and well maintained, making it a great place to come home to. Great place to live. Just signed up for year 4. Complex well maintained. Good neighbors. When I had to contact maintenance, great response and turn around. The mix of families, singles and retired people is very good.
I love living here. The rent increase this year was a bit higher than I would have liked but I'm not going anywhere. The manager, Colleen, and the maintenance guy, Chuck are always helpful and friendly.
I've been here for about a year at the newer building. Its a nice space for the price and has some good amenities/location. I'm more of a lowkey kind of person and management doesn't bother me a lot and is there when I need help or have any issues so I've appreciated that. I feel that they have been helpful while also understanding that this is my home.

I just signed my 17th lease with Delaware on Primrose (Wooten) Apts…I’ve enjoyed a good working relationship withthe Managers over the years…Always a prompt response for maintenance issues. The amenities have been great! My children, grandchildren & great grandchildren have thoroughly enjoyed. The complex is within walking distance of many store, shops & restaurants. The dog park has been a nice addition…
