Hugo, Luis and Sean came to pack my whole life today into some containers and boxes, however they made the whole transition very easy to come to terms with. They all conquered their areas and went to work with the quickness. They made it seem so easy and very fast. I'm glad that the company send them over. They were in and out in no time. Very friendly, professional, organized and quick staff.
These guys were awesome. Factor's crew came in and they were diligent. They were friendly and they tool special care of my antique book collection as well as all of our other stuff. If you are moving, you want Factor and his team.

The process was quick and easy. I called confirmed my delivery and was called the next day for confirmation about delivery. Delivery was simple and the team had great manners and even offered to help open the boxes. GREAT SERVICE!!
I arrived earlier than my scheduled appointment time and was immediately assisted even though I was early! The staff was extremely helpful and gave me extremely clear instructions on the paperwork aspect, as well as the inventory portion. This has been the easiest pick-up I've ever had, hands-down!
