Factor, Carlos and Antonio were my moving crew today and they were awesome! They arrived in a timely manner and very professional.
Factor and Carlos came by in the afternoon and gave excellent service moving my household goods. They were very friendly and professional and I recommend them and the company for any moving service needed.
Factor Hernandez and Carlos Gonsales did a quick and easy move! They called before hand, took them 10 minutes to get to my house, put up safety equipment to protect my walls and floors, and I promise you it took under 20 minutes to complete over 2K pounds in boxes.
Factors Crew was the best! They were extremely careful with our things and did a fantastic job. We absolutely recommend them for any move!
Factor ' s Crew came and did my move in this morning and they were awesome! They called before hand, handled everything and were super helpful and nice. 5 stars for sure!!
Dave and Eric did an awesome job packing up my stuff for my upcoming move. Very cheerful and courteous. Looking forward to having them as members of the crew on moving day!
A little disappointed that I was informed that my delivery would be between 9-11 a.m. I received another phone call that it was delayed to between 3-5. I had already taken half the day off from work. Now I had to take the rest of the day off... As a reminder, this was my UB shipment that should have been delivered first. My HHG have already been delivered. When I checked the status of my shipment, it had been sitting in the warehouse since 15 October. It would be nice if the office staff would show more attention to detail. ... read more
We had Carlos and his team unloading us from our PCS move. I was not given any paperwork to check off boxes, was told that they didn't do unpacking that way, So I have no idea if we received everything. Greg came over and took a few pictures and that was the end of this company. I was told that they would come get all the boxes at the first call, THAT didn't happen and I was told that they would come back and put furniture together for me, and that didn't happen either. Factor's crew came and handled every situation that came up with aplomb. I would definitely recommend these guys in the future.
