Wonderful evening at Republic last night! Friendly fellow diners, a server who was just attentive enough, polite, and beautiful. The wood grilled oysters were the perfect starters, along with the bread, olive oil, and white bean dip. The wood grilled sardines transported me back to the Beyaz Balina in Istanbul.
