We loved everything about Republic Our server Jason was fantastic! He steered us right with all of his suggestions: wine (Evesham Wood Pinot Noir), appetizer (buratta), entree (skate, ribeye), and "liquid" dessert (port). Loved the atmosphere and the music; it brought me back to my favorite tunes of my single 20s days. Made me kinda dance a little!
