Initial phone call was with husband during work hours. Did not mention testing process at all just requested payment of $90 to have box shipped. Requested to cancel test and did not provide payment. Box arrived at our house 3 days later. Called customer service-no notes requesting cancellation of order service rep said she will send to have someone pick up box on Monday. My last EOB was in June 2025 it’s February 2026 after 2 or 3 calls still being told to wait for my refund. I filed a complaint with the atty general online in the state of Massachusetts, an online complaint with The Federal Trade Commission and the BBB. It’s really like they are hoping people just give up and then the business keeps the money.
Horrible experience. Slow to processing and very money driven. Unfortunate.and waste of money
We are dealing with all the same issues as the reviews below.
Same as many reviews, unprofessional and confusing billing practices. If a poorly designed system results in higher payments perhaps this isn't a flaw, but a goal for them. Customer service was actively hostile and unhelpful. Would recommend not using
