While I had an initially positive experience with Courtney Blue (the nurse practitioner), I was underwhelmed and unimpressed by Dr. Kaplan's bedside manner. She insisted on upping my metformin and putting me on birth control (when I said multiple times I didn't feel comfortable increasing my dosage or being on birth control, and generally being on meds), but I understand she tried to do this to tackle some of the PCOS related issues. I am so thankful I found this clinic and would highly recommend for anyone facing fertility challenges. After trying multiple OB-GYNs, they were the first to really listen to my concerns, dig in to figure out the (multiple!) causes of my issues, and stay with me on the journey to address them.
