Dr swelstad and staff are wonderful. They are professional and kind. They always answer all of my questions and concerns. They helped grow our family by two and I will be forever grateful!! I did have one odd interaction with the man who took my blood. He verified if I was there to get a pregnancy test and when I said yes he asked if this was a good thing. Kind of a weird question to ask at a fertility clinic :).
We had an overall good experience. The doctor was very attentive, and was diligent in gathering the necessary information. He seemed very interested in helping us.
Loved my experience. Dr Swelstad was very kind and took time with us to go over everything. His staff has been so friendly thus far.
Dr. Hatasaka was very intutive and caring. We have gone to other places before and it did not compare to here.
AMAZING! I loved how thorough the doctor was. He really helped set a game plan and go through all the options and necessary steps. The staff was very helpful and cared about me and how I was feeling going through this process as a first timer. I felt like everyone really cared and understood how I was feeling. They made me feel comfortable and like I wasn't alone.
Dr. Swelstad has been awesome! He really cares and wants to help you expand your family in the safest way possible! He is very thorough! The clinic staff cares also. It was frustrating a couple times to get the run around on answers to questions about billing and IVF cycles and etc. Overall now that we are pregnant we are thrilled.
He was great very easy to talk to and great bedside manor!!!

Dr. Swelstad and his staff are above and beyond amazing. My husband and I were treated with kindness, compassion, and respect. They all showed us how to keep our hope for a family alive and they never gave up on us. I would recommend Dr. Swelstad and his staff to anybody struggling with infertility.
