Amazing staff (from business office to clinical) and even more amazing doctors (Dr Rubin and Dr Toledo). And superb guidance from Mrs Vivian Kimble. Very clear and consistent communication all throughout my treatment. A message in the patient portal is always followed through with a phone call. Very accommodating to my needs and situation. After surgery care/check ins (immediate and phone calls) was such a comfort.
We have been waiting for over a month to get the results back. I have called multiple times. When I do get a person they tell me they have to transfer me to an administrative assistant as that is who sends out the results. They tell me the persons name and if they don’t answer to leave a message and she will call back. When the voicemail comes up it is a completely different name then what they said.
