They refused to fix the heater a/c unit even though it failed and almost caught the house on fire and they refused to fix other issues that were safety hazards like the front door not locking and the fact a rat was living in the wall and I was pretty sure there was a wasp nest in the wall as well rent from this company at own risk don't recommend.
