I chose Reozom as a listing only broker. They put me on the MLS, Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin and more. Everyone at Reozom was MORE than professional. Their website was a breeze to navigate. Open houses, price changes, photo upgrades, and listing info changes were made within minutes. I chose to show the house myself, as I knew the most about the house. Friendly and honest people providing the service they promise for a fair price. There was an issue with the title company and they were quick to jump in and take care of it. Had a chance to meet the broker Justin and he was a nice guy. Would definitely use Reozom again.

It was a pleasure working with Justin and Nina from Reozom. I figured rather than paying 3% commission to my listing agent I will be much better off if I list via Reozom for a nominal flat fee and provide most of that commission as discount to the Buyer as a discount and make it more appealing for them to buy the property. I highly recommend Reozom. Everyone there knew exactly what to do and made the process run smoothly. I sold the house myself and it was extremely easy. When closing day came, as the seller I got to choose the closing location. Of course, I made it close to my home. Their title company (Primary) has multiple locations.

Reozom was recommended to me by a neighbor who listed, sold, and closed their condo in just a couple of weeks. So I decided to give them a try. We highly recommend them! We were glad to have our property listed on MLS sites to increase exposure, the process to list property is pretty simple. They answered all our questions in a timely manner and got back to us quickly.

This was a for sale by owner. Reozom was used for mls exposure. Had 12 agents in 2 weeks. Reozom service was excellent both in actions and response.Thanks reozom!

This was a great team to use. Very user friendly. the interface was easy to update and I heard back quickly if I had a problem. The reach seemed to be good and I got a good response.
