I underwent a medically necessary procedure (not cosmetic) a year ago and my medical care was great. After thousands paid by insurance and hundreds by me, my balance was paid in full. Then out of the blue several months later they drafted my bank account without notice. After several attempts I finally got someone to send me a bill. I had a medically necessary eyelid procedure done by Dr. Rubinstein (not cosmetic). Afterward, I was left with two problems that he said might go away on their own. Three months later — no change. Another three months — still no change. I called once and emailed once, both times voicing my frustration and asking for help.
