I thought Nick was a really great landlord. His team was great too. And he even let me end my lease early with minimal penalty. I definitely recommend renting from him.
Don't trust them, they will try to cheat you.
Renzi Property Management is amazing, for as long as I live in the city I literally will not be renting from anyone else. Nick, Dan & Bruno respond immediately to absolutely anything when you need help and are always very understanding and kind if you have a problem. I've yet to have any major issues with my unit or building but small minor ones. If I lock myself out, someones here within minutes, I just had an electric issue at 8pm, someone was here by 8:30 to fix it, I had a problem with my dryer at one point that I wasn't... read more
Mr. Renzi is extremely generous and kind. We have been renting from him for a few years. It seems that Mr. Renzi is not running the show anymore. Attention to detail is just not the same. I am still giving five stars because of the respect I have for Nick.
Horrible experience with this company. My wife found a rental home with them and the home was under renovation but we applied since we had great interest in renting the home and we asked them to keep us posted on the renovation so that we can pay the deposit and secure the rental but when we reached out after being approved to try and see the home . we were informed that the home was rented after we paid $80 for application fees . very unprofessional, technically thieves given that the application fees was paid via paypal , ... read more
