I was a patient. The office closed, I received no notification nothing! I'm T1D and was left stranded with no refills because the office went under. So unprofessional!
I keep getting statements for payment. Payment was made months ago. Can’t reach anyone in the office
Booked 2 different appointments and both of them ended up getting cancelled. They called me 4 days before my appointment that the doctor isn’t taking any new clients. Why did they let me book an appointment in the first place?? Extremely frustrating as we have been waiting for this appointment all summer.
I had terrible experience, booked my appointment, almost 2 months ago they called me the day before my appointment to cancel. Apparently they are not taking new patients so don’t waste your time.
