Renu Tampa start out at Citrus Park started in 2008 and it grow very quickly... but they decided to move to differently location. During that time I decided to downsize to a smaller operation in 2017.

ReNu spa is not a place to go. The manager is rude and completely humiliated a mother and her 6 year old special needs daughter in front of other customers. And then he made them leave in the middle of the hair cut. What kind of a person is that! I will not ever visit a place like that!!
Disgusting manager. He rudely kicked out of the salon a special needs child after lunch publicly humiliating her.
I just heard a story about your salon today. It screamed unprofessionalism, classless, rude, mean, and just plain not nice. I would not do business with you nor would I recommend anyone else to.
If you do not want to cater to children...list your business as an adult spa only since younger children are less predictable in their behavior and patience is truly a virtue when dealing with them.
Sad how you would treat a special needs child! I've never been to your salon and never want to after reading that. You should be ashamed!

Words cannot explain the disgust I feel about your "Spa" The story of the way your "manager" treated a six year old has circulated all the way to Pennsylvania and I will make sure it keeps circulating all across the country. I cannot believe the actions of your manager at this place of business. Social media will either kill or make your business and you're on a one way freight train to a place called bankrupt city.
Customer service?? This salon has none. Take your business elsewhere!!
