So disgusted to hear how you recently treated a special needs child and her Mother during a haircut. This person took the time and effort to seek out your spa for its touted reputation in hopes her daughter would get through a haircut, tough for any little one let alone a child that indeed suffers from anxiety. Your hairdresser maintained professionalism and compassion with this little girls uncontrollable outbursts, yet your manager took it upon himself to very publicly halt the haircut and ask them to LEAVE. Never underestimate how you treat one person can effect you! I will make sure everyone I know knows that your salon publicly kicked out a six year old girl with special needs in the middle of a hair cut! How you think that kind of action is ok is beyond me! Props to the stylist who offered to go to the sweet girl's house to finish the haircut--at least someone has some empathy at your business!
My words escape me. I can't not for one second believe that someone could be soo clueless and rude. This employee has made a perminet effect in the minds of not only the very beautiful young girl he soo rudely wanted out of the salon but on the rest of the world. Ignorant employee kicks 6 year old, anxious girl out in the middle of a haircut. No patience. no service. no compassion.
Abhorrent treatment of a child and mother! You should be ashamed! Who would want to come to your salon after such treatment??? Not recommended!
I am in Pennsylvania and am appalled by the way your company treated a special needs child!!! NO excuse! I have a 6yr old son with Autism and no matter his behavior, he and I are ALWAYS treated with the utmost respect at our salon. I have many friends in FL who will never use your salon. Remember, Karma.
