This company RENU deserves zero stars. I have experienced their horrible customer service and can honestly attest that they do NOT care at all about their residents. The property leasing manager for the Tampa Bay area, Rachel Coleman, has been an extremely rude, unprofessional, inconsiderate person. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY! I’ve been thru pure hell I leased a property with them back in February of last year! Everything was wrong from Day one! Rat, snakes, No Heat in December! Took 7 weeks to fix! February 4 weeks no hot water or heat! That was ultimately my final straw hadn’t been late on rent once until all this happened and I got feed up and withheld rent! We have lived in our rental home three weeks, only THREE weeks, and the ac has broken twice, having us sit an an 80+ degree house, the fridge broke and spoiled all our food, they refuse to replace the missing and torn window screens (that were like that when we moved in), the bathtub doesn’t hold water because the drain is broken, and the staff is not responsive. We have never had a more terrible experience and want to move out ASAP. DO NOT rent from this company.
