RecommendedDr. Goings is an awesome doctor. He shows genuine care for the health and wellbeing of his patients. Thankfully, no more aches and pains over here.
I have terrible pain in my lower back my sciatic nerve bothers me and I have fallen arches. This doctor is taking care of all of that. And my insurance covers that you need to check him out your insurance probably will cover you. They're great
I really can’t express how much just three visits have already helped me. I have severely bad planter fasciitis, and with the adjustments and laser therapy…It’s getting so much better every day. I went to so many different podiatrist and just got insoles, they didn’t help. I’ve been waking up pain-free and being able to walk without any pain is incredible. I highly recommend this place, and I’m so glad I found it.
Dr Goings has been wonderful. I have Tarsal Tunnel Syndrome in both my feet and have even had surgery in one foot with no success. Dr. Goings is a customer where I work and after having conversation with him about what he does and asking him if he is familiar with what I have he told me he thought he could help me and should give him a try. I had such a great experience. My back was killing me and now i have no pain after therapy with him. Highly recommended that everyone goes to Dr.Goings he is great at what he does.
I had terrible migraines and tried several different migraine medications which were all ineffective in totally relieving my migraine pain. A co-worker suggested seeing a chiropractor so I started going to Dr Randy Goings. During the time that I was his patient I had NO MIGRAINES! I can't remember how long it's been without extreme foot pain. After my first adjustment with Dr. Goings, I can already tell the difference. It's absolutely unbelievable. When I thought surgery would be my only option, I found Dr. Goings after doing some research. I'm glad I did, and am looking forward to the regimen set forth by these caring folks. I can't thank you enough.
After my accident I went to two different Emergency Rooms where I was sent home as if I had something minor going on. I was given pain meds and told to rest. Even though I followed the ER docs instructions I was still in pain. I was referred to Dr.Goings whom was very caring and took the extra steps to find out what was actually going with me. Long story short without the help of Dr.Goings I would have never known that I had an ACL Tear and Meniscus Tear. Thanks Dr. Goings and the Renu Health Staff
