Moved into a dirty apartment so I've been living on my friends couch for the last 3 days waiting for anyone to call me back and communicate when they are going to deal with this issue or if they just don't clean apartments before a new tenant moves in idk It's crazy they just don't answer the phone
Working with Jessica was very seamless and she was very responsive with any questions that my husband and I had during the process. I haven’t had any experience within the property yet but our experience with Jessica was great
Incompetent company to say the least. Mold issue was submitted to them in July, did not action on it till October. Provided no evidence of them withholding over half of the security deposit once the lease was over.
I only took a self guided tour at 9714 Harmony Dr unit 400. all I have to say is don’t walk… RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN. There were caulking gaps I could fit my thumb into, half inch gaps on every piece of trim, a random piece of snap in flooring used as a transition, and worst of all the bathroom looked beautiful from pictures. But they used HOUSE PAINT ON THE WHOLE SHOWER and called it a renovated bathroom. The tiles behind the toilet were even cracked and the wood underneath rotting. This company does not return phone calls and or maintenance requests. They came on my property and stole items. I requested that they be returned to no avail.
