This is the worst management company possible. They blatantly ignore tenants safety. Simple maintenance requests are ignored until your safety and belongings are threatened!!
I toured a couple of places with them recently and while they were cordial to me, they took me to tenant homes that they did not give the tenants a 24 hour notice of entry and when confronted about this the person showing it retorted angrily and made snide remarks about the tenant under their breath. I feel like renters are already at the behest of rental companies and landlords as it is that our basic rights. Straightforward application process, and they have some great properties for reasonable prices. Sarah gave us a tour, and she was very informative and welcoming! The property looks very well maintained. Overall, they aren't strict and cold like most property managers now, and you speak with a real person that helps you with real questions and issues. So far, I see nothing but good things, so I recommend this company if you are looking to rent in Savannah.
