Wonderful care from start to finish! Everyone is always extremely friendly and helpful.
When I arrived they were having some technical issues but the customer service experience I received was amazing. The staff was very apologetic and also went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and my issue was heard. During check out, I learned Rental Dental was out of network. I didn't ask for the staff members name but she immediately got on the phone and made a call to a place that was in-network. She got me in the same day!!!! It's only my second time going in but my visits are always great. Lauren who cleans my teeth is gentle, does a great job and so friendly. Dr. Merkel is always super friendly as well and does a great job of explaining everything he is reviewing. My experiences here have always been very positive and the office is super clean and updated. Even in COVID-19 times, I felt safe to come to my appointment with how clean and careful their office is.
Can’t imagine a better dental facility. Staff is amazing!!
