Staff from receptionist to hygienist to doctor, were courteous. friendly, quick to respond to questions. Service on my teeth was gentle yet I felt they were cleaned thoroughly. Dr and hygienist gave suggestions because of recent health concerns i have. I would recommend the office to friends and relatives.
As always very professional and feels very inviting and safe.
Nice and new office that is very clean. Friend lily staff. The doctor I saw was very friendly, too. No hard sell- just good dental advice and the hygienist was gentle and thorough. The gift bag is very nice, too!
In the past I have been sideswiped by dentists. Not told all the information regarding procedures and billing. The happenings in my mouth, are always clearly explained, the costs are always projected up front for my review and the final out of pocket is usually lower. They have the insurance coverage down to a science. I suspect they know the coverages better than my insurance company. Had a very good experience with Christina for a deep cleaning, she is very patient, and professional! I definitely recommend her to my friends.
I love their new office. Ladies are all helpful and nice. Gentle cleaning. The only thing I would change is better tooth brush options.
Everyone was very detailed in what was happening with my teeth and informed me on everything I needed to get done and how to help. Very nice people.
First, I would advise everyone to seek out this Dental Practice, you won't be sorry. Today was a good day, even thou I was 20 mins late for my appointment. Needless to say, Kati acted happy and glad to see me (as usual) and never thought otherwise of my lateness. Hopefully I won't be late again! She is so caring and fun to chat with, just love her...never thought I find another dental hygieneist (sp?) like Linda Lou, whom I miss so much.
