I toured your property located at 3929 N. Narcissus Avenue on Sunday, received an email asking me to submit an application. I submitted an application, paid the $45.00 application fee and received an email notification the very next morning stating the property was no longer available that it had rented. At 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, you knew you were already going to lease the property to someone else and continued to take application fees.
