As a current renter, I am continually frustrated by the lack of follow through on repair requests. I have had a couple request that have been in the system for over a year with out being resolved! I am very frustrated. by this!
It's ironic that when you read most of these reviews, they of course are from property owners and not tenants themselves. I had an appointment today, confirmed and no one from this company showed up to show the listing.
scheduled a showing and confirmed multiple times throughout the day just to show up to the house and wait for no realtor to come show it. Another family showed up at the same time as us also saying that they had a showing scheduled. Could not get into contact with the business. They just no showed. EXTREMELY unprofessional big red flags. after reading reviews it sounds like this is nothing new for them. EDIT: added photos of confirmed showing.
